Colour Discrepancies
Images on our site may appear different to what they appear in person. This can be for several reasons: colours will show up differently in all types of lighting, the time of day, indoor vs. outdoor; they also appear differently on different devices and screens.
In the case that you receive a product but the colour is not the same as that you were hoping for, we regret we will not refund or exchange the product. Please browse and shop with care and feel free to contact us if you would like to enquire more details about any products before purchase. We are here to help and ensure you are happy with what you are getting!
Handmade Disclaimer
Every Beenong gift item is individually handmade and therefore unique. It is inevitable that there are slight discrepancies on the exact measurements of each product due to the way a particular fabric is woven, cut or put together. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality on all our products and ensuring that these discrepancies will not be more than 2cm (except tablecloths for up to a 4cm discrepancy).

In the case that you receive a product exceeding our disclaimed discrepancy, please follow the exchange policy and we will happily exchange it for you!
Shipping and Postage
We can ship to any address within Australia (including Australian PO Box or Parcel Locker). Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. If it falls on weekends or public holidays or a weekday after 12pm, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time frame is between 3 to 10 business days or longer for regional areas. We are not responsible for any late, delayed delivery or failure to deliver due to some circumstances that are out of our control, e.g. natural disaster, extreme weather, impacts of Covid restrictions.
We strongly recommend you to allow more time for delivery during Christmas and New Year seasons. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking notification will be emailed to you. Authority to leave packages may be arranged with the Australia Post or our linked courier company. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your items.
Postage Calculations are as follows:

$10 Flat rate (Australia-wide) for all products except for Greeting Cards.

$4 Flat rate (Australia-wide) for all Greeting Cards.

Free postage for orders over $150.
Return Policy Conditions
At Beenong Gifts, we are committed to high quality and want to ensure you love the gifts you purchase. If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online just because you change your mind, we regret that we are unable to accept a refund, the exchange or return of the items.

You may exchange a faulty product with the same product. However, we do not refund. The item/s you wish to exchange should be unused and in original condition with the tags intact. Return postage costs will be at your expense.
If you have received a faulty product (we apologise!), please follow these instructions:

​Email us (beenonggifts.au@gmail.com) within 2 days of receiving your order or our tracking notification with a photo/video of your faulty item and the invoice you received at the time of purchase.

Send your item(s) back to us within 10 business days of receiving your order or our tracking notification at your own expense. Registered posts are highly recommended as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Beenong Gifts.

Exchange request decision is at our discretion. Once we have examined the faulty item(s) and agree to an exchange, we will immediately ship a replacement at our expense if it is in stock. Otherwise, we will contact you about alternative options. [Note: no exchanges on mask covers due to hygiene reasons.]
If you are unable to comply with these requirements, Beenong Gifts reserves the right to refuse an exchange on faulty items.
